SHIPPING


Which shipping company is used?

For United Arab Emirates we use Aramex delivery services and for worldwide we use DHL.

Where are you shipping?

We are shipping whole over the world (except Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Pakistan).

How long does the shipping take?

UAE shipping takes about 2-3 days from the day you ordered and for other part of world minimum 7- 9 working days. (Custom clearance approval is excluded and it depends on country wise rules and regulation).

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping will be free on purchase of above 100 USD or 15 USD will be charged.

How much quantity or volume can be shipped at time?

Upto 4.5 kilogram of product can be shipped at time. If the order volume exceeds the 5 kg then it will be shipped separately and shipping charges will be share accordingly.

Can I select a different shipping address?

Yes. On the Checkout page please unselect the checkbox “Ship to the same address“. You then will be able to submit a shipping address that differs from your billing address.

How can I return my perfume oil if I don’t like it

Which payment methods do you offer?

We are offering the you the following payment online methods:

  • Visa Card
  • Master Card
  • Cash on delivery (Only for UAE)

Are these payment methods secure?

Yes. All payment data are transferred via Stripe and Telr with 360* F.R.I.S.K protection (i.e Froud and Risk Identification System and Knowledgebase).

Can I come by and pick up my online created perfume in your flagship store?

Collection material can be done from Dubai, UAE only. If you want to collect it from our flagship store, please contact our service in advance.

What is the quality of your fragrances?

We only provide premium quality fragrances oils which are basically made in Switzerlan, meaning the highest quality on the market. We receive our essences from longtime European partners, mainly in Givaudan. All fragrances are uncritical to apply on your skin and IFRA-compliant (International Fragrance Association).

Can I receive a sample in advance?

Yes! We do have tester option which you can be able to select from main page which are chargeable

Which perfume oils bottles sizes do you offer?

We offer 10ml, 100 gram, 500 gram and 1 Kilogram.


RETURNS


Can I return my perfume if I do not like it?

No, We don’t have return policy for the oils

What to do if I receive a broken parcel?

In this case, please contact to our representative and share (Email) the picture as soon as possible. We will make sure to find a proper solution.

Are my personal data secure?

We guarantee your data security. Here you can find our data security declaration, with an overview of which data we collect and for which purpose.


MY ORDER


How do I know, my order was successfully placed?

If you order was successful, you will be referred to our Thank-You page and you will receive a confirmation via email.

Do I have to register a new account before ordering?

No, But We have a sign up one time registration page checkout or you can check out as Guest, so you can submit your personal information in the same step you place the order

Can I order via phone?

At the moment we usually do not offer this option, because of heavy service request. If you happen to have serious problems though, please make sure to contact our service at any time.

Can I change my creation oil after I ordered?

Yes. If your order is not being produced yet, this is possible. Please contact our service in this case within 18 hours of order placement. (Email ID)
